​All custom items have a 30 day warranty for manufacture defects , or breakage (at dealers discretion) normal wear and tear is not covered . As will be de determined by the manufacture.

Deposit & Design
After completing the form, our Chilly & Co Jewelry specialist will get in touch with you to explore design concepts and establish a budget for your personalized piece.

A deposit of $375+ will be requested for the CAD design, ensuring that it aligns precisely with the specifications discussed with the jewelry specialist.

Second Payment & Production
To initiate production, a 50% payment is required.
​
Upon receipt of payment, the production process will commence, spanning approximately 2-4 weeks.
​
Throughout the production phase, expect regular updates to keep you informed on the progress of you piece.

Final Payment & Fulfilment
Unpon completion of your custom jewelry, we will request the remaining payment.
​
After receiving the remaining payment, our team will create final images and videos for your order.
​
Your order will be ready for pick-up or shipped to your designated destination via DHL Express or your selected shipping service within 2-7 business days.
