Deposit must be made to start any custom order . Most orders could take a minimum of 10-14 business days.

Up to 30% restocking fee for cancellation of layaway.

No refunds or cancellations on eyeglasses that are custom made.

No refunds on deposits and layaways - store credit only . Store credit expires 1 year from date of original sale.

No refunds on any sunglasses . Store credit or even exchange within 7 days only.

All designer frames have a 30 day warranty for manufacture defects , missing screws or washers , or breakage (at dealers discretion) normal wear and tear is not covered . As will be de determined by the manufacture.
